Rebecca Correia

Owner & Instructor — With over 15 years of teaching experience, Rebecca was first introduced to GYROTONIC® as a cross-training method to support her ballet career, improving range of motion and preventing injury. That foundation continues to inform her work today.

Rebecca believes movement should feel both effective and enjoyable. She creates a supportive, welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to explore their strength and mobility while working toward their individual wellness goals. Her sessions thoughtfully integrate GYROTONIC®, strength training, and Garuda for a balanced, dynamic approach.

She specializes in working with dancers, supporting clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and helping individuals manage osteoporosis safely and effectively.

Rebecca holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Diego. Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, acting, and drumming.
